About the event
I will conduct my "Wines You Didn’t Know You Liked” class and wine tasting at noon on Saturday, March 22 for Phoenix Wine Of Scottsdale.
Many of us are in a wine rut. We drink the same wines over and over. We see other wines on the shelf, but because of our fear of the unknown, we never try them. At this event you will be able to try some wines you might not otherwise have the opportunity to taste. I am sure you will find some new favorites!
We will be tasting seven different wines. An outstanding sparkling rose from Italy, a Gruner Veltliner from Austria, a Greek Red (Xinomavro) and a Greek White (Moschofilero), a Mencia from Spain, and a Carmenere from an unexpected spot, Italy, along with Italian Red Blend.
In addition to the wines, there will also be some tasty cheese and charcuterie to enjoy.
